Request Account & Data Deletion
If you want your Adashe account and associated data deleted, follow the steps below.
How to request deletion
- Email us at support@collectpay.app from the email used in your Adashe account.
- Include your account phone number and group name(s) so we can locate your data.
- State that you want your account and stored data deleted.
What will be deleted
- Your account profile (name, phone, email if provided).
- Groups and members you created, including imported contacts (phone numbers/emails) stored as members.
- Contribution and loan records associated with your account.
What may be retained
- Minimal records we are legally required to keep (e.g., fraud prevention, accounting), kept only for the required retention period.
- Aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
Processing time
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm when your data has been deleted or explain any legally required retention.
