• Contacts data (with permission): Names and phone numbers (and emails if present) you choose to import from your device contacts to add members.
• Device data: Basic device identifiers and logs for security and diagnostics.

• Provide and improve collection, loan, and analytics features.
• Import contacts you select to quickly add members to groups.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts.
• Communicate important updates and support responses.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Contact data you import is stored in your account as members (phone numbers and emails, if provided) to create or manage group members in Adashe and is not used for advertising.

5. Data Retention

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide services or meet legal requirements. Imported contacts stored as members (phone numbers/emails) are kept until you delete those members or request assistance. You may request deletion where applicable.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring to protect data. No system is perfectly secure; please protect your login credentials.

7. Your Rights

Subject to local laws, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information (including imported contact data), and to object to certain processing.

8. Children's Privacy

Adashe is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to remove it.
